(2) Articles 208(3)2, 150(3), and 150(1) of the Civil Procedure Act (a) of the applicable provisions of law only submitted a written objection to the above payment order and to the effect that the original copy of the payment order of this case is served, and the defendant did not submit a written reply or a legal brief containing specific contents and did not appear at the date of pleading, and therefore, the plaintiff's assertion is deemed to have been led to a confession.
