The punishment of the accused shall be eight months by imprisonment.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant, in violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury), committed an assault against the victim on the grounds that he/she did not have any relation with B (13 years of age), C (a conditional suspension of indictment on the condition that he/she completed education at the Juvenile Flight Prevention Center on June 28, 2017), D (a conditional suspension of indictment on the condition that he/she completed education at the Juvenile Flight Prevention Center on June 28, 2017) and E (a disposition of juvenile protection case on June 28, 2017), together with the victim F (13 years of age) that he/she did not have any relation with B that he/she became aware of in G.
On January 21, 2017, from around 13:30 to 18:00 on the same day, the Defendant was in contact with B, and went to H I children’s playgrounds in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwanak-gu, and on the ground that the victim was her without permission, etc., and met by hand the victim’s scambling, B, C, D, etc., and met with the victim’s hand several times of scambling the victim’s scam, B’s scambling part by hand, E’s scambling part of the victim’s right scambling part by drinking, E was scambling the victim’s right scam on one occasion with his hand, and the Defendant continued to move to the same JJ parking lot, and the Defendant scambling the part of the victim’s face with his hand when the victim’s kneek in his son’s son’s treatment is necessary, and the victim’s face is unknown.
Accordingly, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim jointly with B, C, D, and E.
2. The Defendant, in violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint coercion), committed with K (Disposition on the Forwarding of Juvenile Protection Case on November 13, 2017) and L (13 years of age) with the intent to attract the victim B (inn, 13 years of age) and B to attract the purchase of sexual intercourse by using the remaining terms and conditions, and by threatening them.
On March 15, 2017, the Defendant, K, and L are three floors of the N Hospital located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
