Examining the relevant legal principles and evidence, the lower court did not exhaust all necessary deliberations, as alleged in the grounds of appeal, which found the Defendant guilty of the instant facts charged, and did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the establishment of a crime of mistake or interference with business due to the omission of facts or by violating the logical and empirical rules.

In addition, the issue of whether to accept the application for examination of evidence or the resumption of the closed argument belongs to the court's discretion, and the court below rejected the application for examination of evidence or the resumption of argument.

Even if it is illegal, it cannot be said that it is illegal.
