Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.
Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
No person shall sell drugs harmful to juveniles to juveniles.
Nevertheless, around 20:00 on February 11, 2018, the Defendant sold alcoholic beverages equivalent to KRW 20,000,000, to five juveniles, such as juvenile E (15) at the 'D' restaurant located in Gwangju Mine-gu, which is operated by the Defendant.
