On March 2016, the Plaintiff agreed to supply timber to Defendant A and receive the payment in cash as of the end of the month, and Defendant B and C jointly and severally guaranteed the above timber payment obligation as of May 11, 2017. B. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff 45,597,000 won and damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from October 1, 2017 to the day following the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint for the Defendant A, from June 2, 2017 to the day following the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint for the Defendant B, from November 2, 2017 to the day following the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint for the Defendant C, and from October 1, 2017 to the day of full payment.

2. Thus, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
