2. We examine the judgment. Each of the facts charged against the Defendants is a crime falling under Article 311 of the Criminal Act. According to Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act, the victim F may be prosecuted only when the victim files a complaint. According to the written agreement submitted by the victim F, the victim F may be acknowledged as having withdrawn each complaint against the Defendant on June 20, 2016, which is after the prosecution of the instant case. Thus, the prosecution of the instant case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327(5) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
