1. On March 5, 2018, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim C on March 5, 2018, stating that “If the Defendant borrowed money to his/her office, but lends one million won to his/her office, 1.1 million won shall be repaid within a week.”

However, the defendant did not have any specific property or income at the time, so even if he borrowed money from the victim, he did not have the intent or ability to repay it.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received KRW 1 million from the D Bank account (Account Number: E) in the name of the victim used by the Defendant on the same day under the pretext of borrowing money from the victim.

2. On March 12, 2018, the Defendant, on March 12, 2018, made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant would return KRW 100,000,000 if he/she was to obtain a loan from the victim because he/she had good good goods in lending. It is necessary to obtain a substitute loan.”

However, even if the defendant received money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to get a repayment loan.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received KRW 1 million from the victim’s bank account (Account Number: E) in the name of the victim used by the Defendant on the same day in terms of expenses necessary for repayment loans.

3. On April 13, 2018, the Defendant, on April 13, 2018, made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant would receive a loan from the lending company to the victim, who would receive a loan of KRW 3 million from the lending company, to repay the interest and principal.”

However, the defendant did not have any special property or income at the time, so even if he borrowed the money from the victim, the defendant did not have the intent or ability to repay the money.

As such, the Defendant deceivings the victim, and let the victim do so, three million won from the F Co., Ltd.
