The defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 94,529,358 won in total amount of principal and interest and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 17% per annum from June 2, 2016 to the date of full payment, because there is no dispute between the parties to the claim (the creditor is the plaintiff, the debtor is the defendant) or can be acknowledged in full view of the purport of Gap evidence 1 to 7 and the whole arguments.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
