1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 95,70,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 30, 2018 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4 as to the cause of the claim, the plaintiff, on March 13, 2018, can be acknowledged that the plaintiff received a confirmation from the defendant on the completion of the construction work from the defendant Kimchi Factory in Chungcheongnam-gun, for the construction cost of KRW 68,200,00 (including value-added tax). The defendant received a confirmation on the completion of the construction from the defendant on June 10, 2018. The plaintiff, on April 10, 2018, performed the construction work, such as electricity, machinery, mutual assistance, etc. from the defendant on the second floor of Kimchi Factory in the Kimchi Complex in the Kimchi Complex in the above Kimchi Complex in the form of 27,50,000 won (including value-added tax) and the fact that the plaintiff received a confirmation on the completion of the construction work from the defendant on July 17, 2018, the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff the total construction cost of KRW 95,7000,000.
