When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

On July 31, 2014, the Defendant, as a foreigner of Chinese nationality, was staying in the Republic of Korea for short-term visits (C-3) on a non-resident on July 31, 2014, with knowledge that when changing the status of stay to non-resident (F-4), the period of stay may be extended in the Republic of Korea without inconvenience to travel from China. While intending to obtain a national technical qualification certificate (F-4) as a national technical qualification certificate entrusted by the Korea Industrial Personnel Management Corporation, the Defendant sought to obtain a "information processing technician" certificate, which is a national technical qualification certificate administered by the Korea Industrial Personnel Management Corporation, but the Defendant’s search for the information processing technician (D) on an Internet site (hereinafter referred to as the Korean language) without ability to interpret and resolve the problem of the examination of the information processing technician, the Defendant agreed to apply for the examination by unlawful means in collusion with the Chinese Buddhist winners.

1. In order to apply for the written examination of 18-time data processing technicians conducted by F High Schools located in Suwon-si E on October 18, 2014, the Defendant: (a) displayed radio earphones in earphones and antenna lines delivered in advance by non-explosion; and (b) the antenna line applied for the written examination of 18-time data processing technicians in 2014 using radio earphones and antenna lines; and (c) the antenna line applied for the written examination of 18-time data processing technicians in 2014 using earphones connected to his/her cell phone and attached to earphones to earphones.

2. On November 15, 2014, the Defendant applied for a practical examination of 40 regular data processing technicians at H high schools located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, 2014, 2014, with the radio earphones delivered as above and antenna lines attached to ear, and the antenna line applied for a practical examination of 40 regular data processing technicians in 2014, using the radio earphones and antenna lines attached to earphones and attached to earphones, thereby denying the practical examination of 40 regular technicians in 2014.

3. The Defendant is located in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu around December 13, 2014.
