From June 2008, while the Defendants operated a mutual travel company with the “Co. D” from around the end of 2009 to the end of the business of issuing airline tickets on behalf of the Defendants, Defendant B was sentenced to suspended execution as above, which caused damage to the customers by operating the company in the first way using the funds for purchasing airline tickets from other customers or for the operation of the company, and caused damage of approximately KRW 240 million to the customers by using the funds for purchasing airline tickets from other customers, and Defendant B was sentenced to suspended execution. Since around 2012, the above travel company’s trade name was changed to “Co.
