However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date of the final judgment.

1. On September 13, 2013, the Defendant stated E’s name, address, and resident registration number in the second endorsement column of the Promissory Notes (D) amounting to KRW 23,650,000, the date of payment received from this corporation, without authority, for the purpose of exercising the right at the Defendant’s house located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and KRW 101,915, the Defendant: (a) stated E’s name, address, and resident registration number on January 16, 2014; and (b) forged an endorsement of the said E’s name, which is the entry of the rights and obligations of the Promissory Notes, affixed the E’s seal attached to the name and duties on the back; and (c) around September 13, 2013, the Defendant, within the H company’s office operated by G in Suwon-si, under the said name, exercised the promissory note as if it was actually constituted.

2. On October 7, 2013, the Defendant stated E’s name, address, and resident registration number in the second endorsement column of the Promissory Notes (I) amounting to KRW 10,000 on February 7, 2014, which was received from the Defendant’s home located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and KRW 101,915, the Defendant, without authority, for the purpose of exercising rights, stated E’s name, address, and resident registration number on February 7, 2014, which was received from the Defendant’s home located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant forged an endorsement of the said title, which is the entry of the rights and obligations of the Promissory Notes, and the Defendant, on October 7, 2013, issued to G, under the pretext of the true establishment of one Promissory Notes, which was signed with a forged endorsement, as above, under the pretext of a bill.

3. On November 14, 2013, the Defendant stated E’s name, address, and resident registration number in the second endorsement column of promissory notes (J) which amount to KRW 23,650,000 for the purpose of exercising the right at the office of the Defendant at Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and KRW 101,915, the Defendant received from the Defendant, without authority, for the purpose of exercising the right, on March 13, 2014.
