1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 200,000,000 as well as the interest rate of KRW 16.0% per annum from November 14, 2018 to the date of full payment.

According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendants jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 200,000,000 for which the Plaintiff seeks payment among the Defendants’ obligations and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 16.2% per annum from November 14, 2018 to the date of full payment. Defendant C and D are liable to pay the amount of KRW 1,20,000 within the limit of KRW 1,20,000.
3. Conclusion, the Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendants is justified and acceptable.
