1. The defendant's KRW 40,500,000 for the plaintiff and 5% per annum from July 16, 2008 to June 16, 2020 for the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. The judgment based on the service by public notice based on recognition (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act) re-afford the Plaintiff’s intent to cancel the sales contract with the Defendant by serving the duplicate of the complaint of this case.
