1. The defendant shall pay 85,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from September 5, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On July 1, 2016, the Plaintiff indicating the claim (Lessee) delivered the above real estate to the Defendant prior to the expiration of the lease agreement (the deposit: KRW 85 million, the period: up to August 1, 2018) period, which was July 1, 2016 (up to 24 months), and the above lease agreement term expires, the Plaintiff claiming the Defendant for the return of the lease deposit amount of KRW 85 million and the delay damages thereon. 2. Non- pleadings (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act)
