1. Ascertainment that the Defendant’s election for the Chairperson of the Federation held on June 29, 2016 is null and void.

1. Part II of the Rules on Recognition (Articles of Incorporation). The member organizations of this Federation are divided into the Gu Military Federation, Metropolitan-Scale Franchisor(hereinafter the same shall apply), its affiliated mountain associations (referred to as the alpine associations in the H area in which the Gu Military Federation is not established; hereinafter the same shall apply), its affiliated registration teams;
(2) This association may establish a federation for the purpose of carrying out its intended business under Article 4, subject to a resolution of the representatives' general meeting.
(6) The member organizations of this Federation shall be the organizations which are comprised of 20 or more adult members supporting the objectives of establishment of the Federation, and the organizations which have received a resolution by the board of directors, and the affiliated registration teams which have applied for the registration of teams and players of the Korea Sports Council.
Part III (Organization and Functions of the General Meeting) Section 7 (Organization and Functions of the General Meeting) 1. Representatives of the Federation shall be:
1. The head of the competent registration team under Article 5 (1);
2. The head of a Si/Gun/Gu under Article 5 (2);
3. The head of the registration team to which he/she belongs under Article 5 (6): Provided, That where it is impracticable to organize a general meeting due to paragraph (1), the board of directors of this franchise may meet the qualification requirements and organize it
(2) The general meeting of the Association shall resolve on the following matters:
1. Matters concerning the dissolution and amendment of the articles of incorporation of the Federation. (4) The convocation of a general meeting shall be notified in writing (including by electronic document) stating the agenda, date, time and place at least seven days before the meeting is held.
Provided, That if there is an urgent reason, the period may be shortened.
§ 14 (Composition and Functions of Board of Directors) (1) The board of directors of this Federation shall be composed of the heads of groups of items, vice-chairpersons and directors.
(2) The board of directors of the Federation shall deliberate and resolve on the following matters:

50 (Modification of the Code) Amendments to the Code of any item organization, a resolution of the board of directors or a consent of at least 1/3 of the incumbent delegates shall be proposed.
