Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.
However, with respect to the defendant B, it shall be for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

A around 01:30 on February 19, 2014, he received from D, the former address, “A was assaulted at G singing stores located in F at the time of Jeju, so he was able to do so,” and let Defendant B, who is in friendship with A, sing out the phone and let him go to the said singing store, and then entered the said singing point with Defendant B and B’s staff H.
At this point, the Defendants and H met the victims I (23 years of age), J (23 years of age), and K (21 years of age), and they came to know the victims of organized violence and forced them to drink with 90 roads personnel management, etc., and when they came to know of the victims of organized violence and abuse of trust, they did so to the victims, and they confirmed the victims that they did not have any time. Accordingly, the victims were sent to the Korean Hospital in which they were hospitalized by the victims, and the victims were aboard the car in which they moved, and the victims were coming to go to the Korean Hospital in which they turned to the Defendant B, and the Defendant A was sitting into the back seat, such as the victims, and the Defendant B was driving the vehicle on the back seat, and the victim was called the Korean Hospital in Jeju.
On February 19, 2014, the Defendants: (a) taken an attitude that Defendant A was at the time when the victims came to know of E; (b) Defendant A was at the time when the victims came to know of it; and (c) Company A, while “I would be at the time when the victim I’s face was taken to drinking,” and “I will not come to go to Korea. I will be asked to go to Korea; (d) in Jeju-do, I will come to go to go to Korea; and (e) Category B, who driven the vehicle “I will go to Korea off to Korea, I will go to another direction; and (e) the Defendants would be able to jointly inform the victim J and K that I would be harmed, and assault the victim.
