1. The Defendant’s KRW 36,760,00 for the Plaintiff and KRW 6% per annum from November 29, 2012 to July 15, 2015.
Reasons
1. It shall be as shown in the attached Form stating the cause of the claim;
(However, “creditor” shall be deemed to be “Plaintiff”, and “debtor” shall be deemed to be “Defendant”.
2. Articles 257(1) and 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act of the judgment without holding any pleadings.
