The defendant is a person who has been engaged in driving buses C.

On December 29, 2014, around 00:03, the Defendant continued to park the bus in the water station (North Korea) public parking lot in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, by negligence of neglecting the duty of the front side and the left side of the bus, and did not find in advance the victim D (ma, 68 years old) who walked to the port from the right side of the bus and shocked the victim into the right side of the bus, and followed the head side of the victim with the right side of the bus.

At around 00:39 of the same day, the Defendant had the victim by occupational negligence as above caused the death of the two parts caused by traffic accidents at Samsung Seoul Hospital located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul.
