The Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment by the Busan District Court on August 23, 2017 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Busan Detention House on December 24, 2017.

[Criminal facts]

1. On March 25, 2018, the Defendant, around 10:15 on March 25, 2018, 2018, committed assault by the Defendant at the room of the Defendant’s room located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, about 414, to avoid disturbance, and to avoid tobacco, and was informed by the victim E (66 tax) who is the head of the office managing the said public notice telefing, who was in charge of managing the above public notice telefing. On April 13, 2018, the Defendant, around 12:33, 2018, committed assault by the Defendant, on the ground that he/she was boarding a cab operating the Victim H (62 tax) in front of G Mat located in the Busan Dong-gu, Busan, on the ground that he/she was a large amount of fees, and on the ground that he/she was doing so, he/she expressed his/her bath to the victim who requested the payment of charges “the fat fat fat fat, Chewing fat fat fat fat fat fat fat fat fat fat fat fat fat fat fat fats.”

3.
