2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

A. The parties’ relationship 1) The Plaintiffs were newly built around 2002 on the RR ground in Seoul Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter “instant apartment”).

(hereinafter “instant dormitory”) is comprised of three stories below ground, seven stories above ground, and 6,536.39 square meters below the total floor area, which are the dormitories of the instant university from the Defendant Educational Foundation (hereinafter “instant dormitory”).

B) The company constructed with a contract. B.
