The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car.

At around 15:50 on December 25, 2015, the Defendant started driving the said car without a driver’s license from a distance of about 20 meters to the front side of the Geumju-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si.

The Defendant was punished five times (four times of a fine and one-time suspension of execution of imprisonment) for the same kind of crime since 2007, on the grounds of the relevant legal provision and Article 152 Subparag. 1 and Article 43 of the Road Traffic Act (elective of imprisonment) regarding the crime.

After acquiring the license, the Defendant continued to drive the license without obtaining the license from the beginning, rather than to cancel the license.

The sentence on the accused is inevitable.

However, the sentence shall be determined as ordered in consideration of all the sentencing conditions identified in the records of this case and the trial process, such as the fact that the defendant is against and driving the defendant is short.
