1. The defendant shall pay 120,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from January 2, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On December 6, 2012, the Plaintiff: (a) lent KRW 120,00,000 to the Defendant with the due date set as December 6, 2013; and (b) the Defendant did not pay the said money despite the due date.
