On June 5, 2017, the Defendant committed a fraud in the “HP car page” operated by the Victim G in Ansan-gu, Ansan-si, on June 5, 2017, by the Defendant, even though he/she did not have the intent or ability to pay computer usage fees, he/she by deceiving the victim, thereby paying the normal usage fees.

The Defendant obtained permission from the injured party for the use of a computer, and from 23:10 on the same day to 23:60 on the same day, obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to the above amount by failing to pay a total of 14,600 won of usage fees.

3. On June 14, 2017, the Defendant committed the act of deceptioning the victim and paying the fee normally, despite the absence of the intent or ability to pay the computer usage fee, in the case of the “K UPC” operated by the victim J in Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si on June 14, 2017.

The defendant, who received permission from the injured party for the use of a computer, performs online game using the above computer for about 12 hours and 30 minutes from that time, and pay a fee of KRW 13,700 and a fee.
