On May 22, 2015, A was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court, and on May 30, 2015, the said judgment became final and conclusive.

1. Defendant A, along with D, E, and F, conspired in order to take part in the crime of telecommunications financing fraud by taking charge of: (a) under the direction of G, which is a Chinese responsibility, the organization of the way by which personal information is seized or transferred to another account in the name of another person, including repayment of existing loans, by taking advantage of the website of a financial institution; (b) taking account of the fact that Kwikset Service’s storage of goods within the city subway; (c) taking charge of the receipt and possession of the distribution card; (d) taking charge of the receipt and possession of the distribution card; and (e) withdrawing the money from the cash payment period; and (e) taking charge of the payment of 7% amount of the withdrawn money immediately after the immediately remitting to China; and (e) taking charge of taking part in the crime of telecommunications financing fraud

On March 23, 2015, an employee in charge of telecommunications fraud assumes a false statement that “A loan may be granted in full the existing BS Capital as to possible loan of 30 million won by calls from the victim H, and thus, a repayment of loan shall be paid, and in addition, it is necessary to delete loan records and grant approval for the limit of loan amount.” On or around the same month, the employee in charge of telecommunications fraud assumes a false statement that “4,138,336 won is a new bank account in the name of I for repayment in the name of around the 25th of the same month, 4,200,00 won, 3,90,000 won is a new bank account in the name of J, 200, 3,000, 3,90,000, 40,000, 20,000, 20,006, 20,000, 20,06, 360, 28,3,00, 3,00.
