Punishment of the crime
Defendant and “A” as stated in the facts charged in the Defendant are corrected to appear to be the Defendant and to be a clerical error. He was a mobile phone seller in Daejeon.
Along with the fact that a person has used his/her personal information stored in his/her mobile phone, he/she opened his/her mobile phone by stealing his/her personal information and sold it, and publicly offered money.
C The document forgery of a private document related to the opening of KT mobile phone and the document event B of the above investigation is called “F working at the location E located in Seo-gu Daejeon on November 7, 2014, the father of Cheongju, who is an employee, is urgently required to operate the manpower office.” The defendant was stored in his/her mobile phone.
C’s resident registration certificate photographs are sent to the above B, and B re-issued them to the above F, and the F made the F enter “C”, “G”, “H”, “H”, and “C” in the address column in the customer name column of “C”, “E”, and “C” in the applicant subscriber column, and exercised the following methods: (a) enter the forged mobile phone subscription application form into the KT computer system and submit it to the head office to the KT.

In collusion with the above B, the Defendant committed the act of properly entrusting the victim F with the opening of the cell phone at the time and place described in the preceding paragraph, and around that time, Kwikset Service received delivery of one mobile phone of 720,800 won at the market price (K).
Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim in collusion with B.
