1. Special intimidation;
A. A. On May 2012, the Defendant found the victim K (n,n, 72 years of age) located in the Geum-gu, Busan at around 12:00, as of May 1, 2012, and found it into the house of the victim K (n,n, g2 years of age) located in the Geum-gu, Busan.
