In using and managing the means of access, no person of 2018 shall commit any act of keeping the means of access knowing that they are to be used for any crime or to be used for any crime unless otherwise specifically provided for in other Acts.

On July 10, 2018, an employee of Bohishing on his name refers to a false statement that “I will make a loan to the victim E at a low interest rate of up to 30 million won with a substitute refund loan with a thickness of customer, and if so, I will first make a repayment of the loan.”
