1. On January 2015, the Defendant purchased and operated a two-wheeled Macco Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “the instant Macco”) without registration, and without attaching a number plate of the two-wheeled Macco. (hereinafter “the instant Macco.”), and discovered that the victim C, who is the victim C, left alone without driving the two-wheeled Macco for a long time at the mutual infurite parking lot located in the south Won-si, and thought that D Macco, which was attached to the instant Macco, will be operated by removing the number plate of the two-wheeled Macco.

On October 2015, the Defendant: (a) removed a number plate of a two-wheeled automobile number plate attached to D Hatoba from the first patrolman at the Moel parking lot; (b) removed the number plate; and (c) stolen it.

2. The Defendant at the time and place indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1), attached arbitrarily a number plate of D Two-wheeled Automobile, which was stolen as stated in the foregoing paragraph (1), to the Austria, and operated the instant Austria at the time and place around October 18, 2015, from that time until October 18, 2015.

Accordingly, the Defendant used the number plate of two-wheeled automobile, air straw, and exercised the air straw so unlawfully used.

3. On October 18, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and the Guarantee of Compensation for Automobile Damages (hereinafter “Act”), without obtaining a driver’s license from a section of about 10km in the section of around 10km to the roads adjacent to the private-use recreational forest in the Han River, Korea-U.S. on the roads in front of the Southern-gun, YA and the same side, from around 20:00 to the roads adjacent to the private-use recreational forest. On October 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the number plate of a two-wheeled motor vehicle, which was stolen on the roads near the Hancheon-do Recreation Forest, was installed and operated on the instant Oba while the Defendant illegally used the number plate of a two-wheeled motor vehicle on the wind to carry out traffic accidents; and (b) around October 27, 2015.
