1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 105,00,000 won with 12% per annum from April 11, 200 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. In order to interrupt the extinctive prescription period of the claim claim Jeonju District Court 2010Kahap2533 (the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 105 million won with interest of 12% per annum from April 11, 2000 to the date of full payment). The performance of the obligation based on the above final and conclusive judgment shall be sought for the interruption of the extinctive prescription period of the claim.
