1. At around 18:00 on September 26, 2012, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the banner installed by the victim C on the tree located between the 18:27 Dong-gu, Ansan-si and 228 Dong-gu, Ansan-si, and damaged its utility by cutting it down well.

2. At around 17:20 on October 11, 2012, the Defendant cut down a banner installed by the victim C in front of the 211-dong, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, a member B apartment 211, and destroyed it well-known and damaged its utility.
