A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.

1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

(a) No person who violates the telecommunications business shall open a mobile communications terminal device which concludes a contract for the provision of telecommunications services in the name of another person on the condition of providing or lending funds, and use the telecommunications service provided to such mobile communications terminal device for the collection of the relevant funds;

(b) No person who violates the Electronic Financial Transactions Act shall borrow any access medium while receiving, demanding or promising to receive the price in using and managing electronic financial transactions;

However, in order to sell the vehicle registration number plate forged in No. 210 of the above L L 2, 2017 and use it to avoid the tracking of the investigation agency, the Defendants were leased a passbook with the condition that the Defendant would pay 1,700,000 won in cash each month from the person in an unsound name through the telegram, and around October 1, 2017, the Defendant would be leased with (ju) the account (number: 351-0970-7891-83) in the name of a mobile in the same Daegu-gu terminal located in Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, Dong-gu, 149, and the said account.
