1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the buildings listed in the separate sheet;
B. 11,280,000 won and January 23, 2016
Reasons
1. On September 17, 2014, the Plaintiff: (a) leased the building indicated in the separate sheet to the Defendant as KRW 20,000,000 for lease deposit; (b) KRW 1,200,000 for monthly rent; (c) and (d) the period of two years; (b) on the grounds that the contract was terminated due to the Defendant’s default of rent; (c) thus, the Plaintiff sought payment, such as delivery of the building and overdue rent, etc. (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act).
