All of the prosecutions of this case are dismissed.
1. From around 1997, the Defendant entered into a check contract with the North Korean branch of the National Bank in the name of the Defendant, and traded household checks.

1. On July 23, 2013, the Defendant issued one copy of the National Bank Family Check in the name of the Defendant, which is “D”, “3,000,000 won”, and “date of issuance” in the name of the Defendant in Yongsan-gu, U.S., U.S., U.S.C. B.
On December 30, 2013, the holder of the above household check presented a payment proposal to the above national bank.
However, the defendant did not pay for the shortage of deposit.
2. On July 23, 2013, the Defendant issued one copy of the National Bank Family Check in the name of the Defendant, “E”, “3,000,000,000”, and “the date of issuance” under the name of the Defendant, which is located in Yongsan-gu, U.S., U.S.C. B. on the following occasions:
On December 30, 2013, the holder of the above household check presented a payment proposal to the above national bank.
However, the defendant did not pay for the shortage of deposit.
3. On July 23, 2013, the Defendant issued one copy of the National Bank Family Check in the name of the Defendant, “F”, “3,000,000,000”, and “date of issuance” in the name of the Defendant, located in Yongsan-gu, U.S., U.S.C. B. on July 23, 2013.
On December 30, 2013, the holder of the above household check presented a payment proposal to the above national bank.
However, the defendant did not pay for the shortage of deposit.
4. On July 23, 2013, the Defendant issued one copy of the National Bank Family Check in the name of the Defendant, “G numbered”, “3,000,000,000”, and “Date of Issuance” in the name of the Defendant, which is located in Yongsan-gu, U.S., U.S.C. B. on the following occasions:
On December 31, 2013, the holder of the household check presented a payment proposal to the above national bank.
However, the defendant did not pay for the shortage of deposit.
5. On July 23, 2013, the Defendant is located in Yongsan-gu, Youngyang-si B.
