Text
1. The defendant shall pay 180,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 24% per annum from February 7, 2006 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.
2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
3. If so, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 180,000,000 won with 24% interest per annum from February 7, 2006 to the day of full payment, and therefore, it is so decided as per Disposition.
