On July 10, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 00:25, at the “Dbling site” operated by Gosung-gun B, Gosung-gun, the police officer reported that he was in a house; and (b) tried to go back to a house after receiving a telephone from the police officer; (c) but he was able to pay a charge from C and hear the words “A”, thereby disputing C.

특수협박 피고인은 2019. 7. 10. 00:25경 위 볼링장에서 C이 자리를 회피하자 위험한 물건인 볼링공을 들고 그곳 카운터에 있던 종업원인 피해자 E(여, 31세)에게 다가가 위 볼링공으로 카운터를 내려찍으면서 “실장 어딨느냐, 내가 돈 안 준다고 했냐, 씨발”이라고 소리를 질러 마치 피해자의 신체에 어떠한 위해를 가할 듯이 겁을 주었다.
