1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 76,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 3, 2017 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as specified in attached Form 1;
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. The Plaintiff seeking payment for delay damages from January 1, 2017. However, inasmuch as C’s loan claims against the Defendant are claims for which the maturity date has not been fixed, the Plaintiff’s claim for delay damages exceeding the said recognition scope shall not be accepted unless there is any proof as to the arrival of payment period before January 1, 2017.
