1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months.

A puts up an advertisement stating the purchase of passbook on the Internet website Rober Kabb, and made the phone call contact with the nominal owner of the passbook to return the passbook at approximately KRW 300,000 per passbook, and sent the passbook through Kwikset service, etc., on the other hand, contact with C, name-free winners, etc. who write down an advertisement describing the purchase of passbook on the above camera, and sent it through Kwikset service, etc. upon receiving the price of KRW 40-5 million per one, and Defendant B sent it through Kwikset. Defendant B had contact with the nominal owner of the passbook, and played a role of requesting delivery of passbook, cash card, cash card, etc. to be sent to C, name-free winners, etc.
Accordingly, the Defendants acquired 10 copies of passbooks and cash cards, such as the end of September 2013, 199, and as indicated in attached Table 1, and (2) assigned seven copies of passbooks, cash cards, etc. as listed in attached Table 2.
2. Defendant C and D’s co-principal Defendant C are currently under suspension of the execution of the sentence, which became final and conclusive on May 15, 2013, by having been sentenced to two years of imprisonment for embezzlement, etc. at the Busan District Court on May 7, 2013.
The Defendants purchased the passbook from the purchase of the passbook on the Internet site to individuals and small-scale head of the passbook, and sold it to the large-scale purchase book, thereby gaining profits.
The defendants put up several advertisements to purchase passbooks on the Internet site NAV, etc., and then communicate with G and A in direct contact with G or Kwikset service.
