A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Seized evidence No. 1 shall be confiscated.
5,200,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
Nevertheless, the Defendant:
1. Upon receipt of a request from C to seek approximately 0.7 g of psychotropic drugs metacopon (hereinafter “copon”) from C, and then received approximately 0.7 ghopon from F in front of the Ecopon on the first floor of the Ecopon in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, at around 20:00, from F in front of the Ecopon on the first floor of the Ecopon, at around 21:00 on the same day, and arrange the purchase and sale of the copon using a copon, which was parked on the road in front of the Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, with the amount of KRW 600,00,000,000 from C, by delivering it to F;
2. At early July 2012, Police Officer (the same day as the foregoing paragraph 1) around 20:00: (a) received approximately 0.05 gil-phones contained in a one-time injection machine from F in return for mediating the trade of phiphones on the top of the Ecopon on the top of the Ecopon shop in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government Dtel, and administered them by means of taking them into a one-time injection machine around 22:00 in the middle of July 2012; and (b) injected them into a F-owned motor vehicle located on the street near the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Seo-gu G square, Seo-gu, Incheon, in a way of taking them into its left part, in return for mediating the trade of phiphones, such as paragraph 1;
3. From Aug. 22, 2012, around 22:00, the Defendant’s operation in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City H received approximately 0.1g of philopon, which was contained in F in the disposable injection machine, from F, and at around 23:00 of the same day, the philopon contained in F, which was given and received from K, shall be delivered free of charge, to K at least 0.1g of philopon, which was given and received from F, on the way front of the Jung-gu, in the scopon scopner, which is located in the same place.
4. Upon C’s request for 10 g of philophonephones from C, around September 20, 2012, the Defendant parked on the road near Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City L, at around 21:00, approximately 10 g of philophones contained in a vinyl straw, which was located in the first floor of Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Dtel, from F, and was parked on the same day.
