Reasons
1. Indication of claim: The Plaintiff leased real estate listed in the separate sheet on April 5, 2014 as KRW 30 million, monthly rent of KRW 1300,000, and the Defendants delayed to pay rent from June 2014; thus, the Plaintiff’s termination of the lease agreement and seek for payment of unjust enrichment equivalent to the delivery of the real estate indicated in the separate sheet and the unpaid rent or rent. 2. A judgment by service by publication: Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act
