On October 4, 2016 and December 15, 2016, the Defendant agreed to sell 32,00,000,000 won in total to the victim's 3rd floor of the Guro-si building B, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that "the Defendant would receive the contract money from the victim without any intention or ability to sell the pine trees normally even if he/she receives money from the victim."

On October 4, 2016, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 6 million won in cash from the victim’s wife E account under the name of the Defendant’s wife, and received 8 million won in cash under the same name on the 15th day of the same month, and acquired 14 million won in total.
