(1) On March 10, 2016, the Plaintiff leased the building indicated in the separate sheet from the Busan Traffic Corporation. On March 10, 2016, the Plaintiff, without a deposit, set the monthly rent of KRW 311,110, and the period from March 11, 2016 to September 28, 2017, was used to operate a store in the instant building.

D. The Defendant did not pay the Plaintiff monthly rent and management expenses from August 2016, and the monthly rent in arrears until January 18, 2017 is the sum of KRW 1,88,640, and the management expenses are the sum of KRW 894,660.

Secondly, on February 8, 2017, the Plaintiff expressed to the Defendant that the instant sub-lease contract will be terminated on the grounds of the delinquency in rent, etc., and at that time, the Plaintiff reached the Defendant at that time.
