If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

The defendant is a person who has 11 guest rooms in the area B 283m2 square meters in Si-si, Si-si, and operates a public health business under the trade name of "C".

A person who intends to run a public health business shall have facilities and equipment prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare for each type of the public health business and report it to the competent Mayor.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from October 20, 2012 to October 25, 2013, run a public health business for raising the monthly average of four million won without reporting to the competent Mayor at the same place.
