1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 70,000,000 as well as 12% per annum from November 30, 2020 to the day of full payment.

1. It is as indicated in the grounds for the attachment of the claim to indicate the claim (Provided, That the “creditor” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant”; 2. Judgment without pleading based on recognition (Articles 208(3)1 and 257(1) of the Civil Procedure Act)
