1. The Defendant shall enter into an entrusted management contract on August 18, 2015 with respect to the motor vehicle indicated as “motor vehicle sign” attached from the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The description of the claim is as shown in the annexed sheet of claim.
2. Judgment by public notice based on the grounds for final judgment (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Partial dismissal: The main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (hereinafter “Rules on Legal Interest Rates”) shall be amended on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, partially dismissed the claim for delay damages.
