If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

On October 13, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 23:00, at the front of the police box located in Suwon-gu, Busan; (b) at around 23:00, the Defendant: (c) was under the influence of alcohol and did not pay a taxi fee to the taxi for the business purpose of operating D; and (d) was in dispute with D with D because he did not pay a taxi fee; (c) the police officer, who was the police officer of the above C police box, requested D’s aid, took a bath to the Defendant to ask the Defendant for the instant circumstances; (d) was able to take a bath to the said E; (d) was frighted by having the police officer in charge of the said C police box, who was able to ask the Defendant for his face; and (e) was frighted by going beyond the patrolto a police officer parked at the same time; and (e) went beyond the front of the patrol box, and (e) obstructed the Defendant’s lawful performance of duties related to the maintenance and order of E.
