1. The Defendant: (a) was engaged in meat sales business under the trade name “D” in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and was supplied with meat from “F” located in “F” in the e in the eth of the Livestock Industry Chain Co., Ltd.; and (b) had 3,000 won per 1 kilogramg of the said meat sales business, and had gotten for sale.

On February 11, 2014, the Defendant sold 27 km 27 km as listed in the annexed Table 1, as between February 11, 2014 and April 24, 2014, the Defendant acquired 945,000 won after selling 3 km from “I” to “I” for the operation of the Victim H located in Daegu Suwon-gu G, Daegu-gu, as well as 105,00 won after selling it.

In addition, between March 13, 2012 and April 25, 2014, the Defendant sold 5,183.3km 5,500 won to six companies, as indicated in the attached Table 1-6, on a total of 388 occasions, as between March 13, 2012 and April 25, 2014.

Accordingly, the defendant was the victims and acquired 158,557,500 won.

2. The Defendant violating the Livestock Products Sanitary Control Act is a livestock product dealer running “D” in Daegu-gu, and a business operator and his/her employees shall, when he/she packages and sells meat, indicate the type, volume, grade, name of slaughterhouse, date of packing, date of distributing, time limit and method of storing the meat, and in such cases, no false indication shall be made, and a receipt or transaction statement, etc. stating the kinds, origin and individual identification numbers of meat, shall be issued to food service business operators, and no false indication shall be made.

Nevertheless, as between October 12, 2012 and December 19, 2013, the Defendant sold meat to the “L” of the operation of the K in Daegu-gu J, Daegu-gu, the Defendant falsely indicated the type of meat as “her Chinese-style meat” as indicated in the attached Table 7, such as the list of crimes, and failed to indicate the individual identification number thereof or falsely indicated it.

In this respect, the Defendant is a businessman.
