1. The defendant shall pay 4,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from August 8, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) The judgment of the court below which held that “creditors” are “Plaintiffs” and “debtors” are changed to “Defendants” (Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
