1. The Defendant shall deliver to the Plaintiff each real estate listed in the separate sheet, and from July 1, 2016, the said real estate.

Reasons

1. On May 14, 2015, the claim indication company entered into a lease contract with the Defendant, setting the lease deposit amount of KRW 90,00,000, KRW 5,000,000 for each real estate listed in the separate sheet (excluding value-added tax), and the period from September 30, 2014 to September 29, 2016, and the Plaintiff was entrusted with the said real estate from the Hadar Hadan Ltd., and the Defendant was not paid the rent from July 2015 to June 30, 2016, and on June 30, 2016, the Defendant notified the Defendant that the said lease contract was terminated on the grounds of the Defendant’s rent delay. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 26817, Sep. 30, 2016>

As of June 30, 2016, the sum of the rent, management fee, and management fee payable by the defendant is KRW 82,256,530.
