On May 23, 2018, at around 22:31, the Defendant driven Bone Star Co., Ltd. at around 909 near the Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon, a prisoner of war, with approximately 2km from around 191-1, Nam-gu, Incheon, to the 191-1, and with approximately 0.203% of alcohol level among blood alcohol level.
